Tim is a Masters level Executive coach and mentor with 15yrs experience
working across all sectors at C.E.O. and Board levels.
Background: Following a distinguished career in Property
Development and Investment where Tim was Managing Director of two
successful Public Property companies, Tim went on to be a highly
accomplished coach and facilitator, working successfully with leading
consultancies and clients at all levels of management. His wealth of
experience at board level makes it easy for him to relate to senior
directors and leaders.
The rare breadth of his background means that Tim combines Thought
Leadership with real world Board level experience and entrepreneurial
awareness.
Working Style and Approach: Tim embodies the principles he
works with; creativity, entrepreneurship, integrity, credibility and
humour! He is able to quickly identify key issues and ‘blocks’ guiding
individuals and teams towards positive outcomes whilst taking into
account the broader context of organisational dynamics, perspective and
values.
Tim adopts a predominantly ‘non-directive’ approach in which learning is
intrinsic, and the responsibility for defining and achieving meaningful
goals stays with the individual. His breadth of coaching knowledge and
experience allows him to draw upon a wide range of tools and
methodologies including NLP, the' Inner Game’ and Cognitive Behavioural
applications.
