Tim’s career demonstrates his versatility, entrepreneurial approach and consistent ability to see the big picture He is a Chartered surveyor who jointly pioneered the growth of out of town retail development and has established and managed successful businesses in both the Property Investment and Development industries and Process consultancy.

Tim is proud to have worked with some of the world's leading organisations, including Morgan Crucible, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Citroen Cars, BUPA, and BP, and a whole host of SME’s, in facilitator, coach and consultancy roles.

Tim is accredited as a facilitator by the Institute of Cultural Affairs, holds a post-graduate diploma in the Management of Training, and is a fully qualified member of the Chartered institute of Personnel and Development.
